Freedom of Speech
According to Wikipedia, this principle supports the freedom of an individual to articulate their opinions and/or ideas without fear of retaliation, censorship, or legal sanction. Freedom of Speech is recognized as a human right in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Human Rights Law by the United Nations. This is something that I deeply respect as well as believe in absolutely. The law DOESN'T say that I have to agree with someone's opinion, and they don't have to agree with mine either. But the law DOES say that we both have the right to express our respective opinions. I can say anything and you can say anything. Doesn't mean we have to agree... Pretty deep if you think about it.
